Yes — I work with clients all over the world via Zoom. All sessions are online, making it easy to stay connected no matter your timezone or travel plans.

No — you can self-refer at any time. If you have a mental health diagnosis such as but not limited to bipolar, a personality disorder, manic depression or schizophrenia I do require written permission from your medical care provider. I work within my professional scope which doesn't include mental health crisis, diagnosis or counselling style therapy.

Yes, you can — but I always recommend chatting to them first. The most effective work happens when the client feels truly ready.
